What could be affecting the health of your joints

Arthritis

Arthritis refers to inflammation of the joints. There are more than 100 different types of arthritis, ranging from autoimmune health-issues (rheumatoid arthritis) to age-related wear and tear (Osteoarthritis). People can have arthritis in one or more joints and cause pain in the affected areas.
