I am very happy to announce that three experienced Pilates instructors are officially joining us in the balanced life!

I’m not going anywhere – I love teaching and creating workouts for you. You will continue to see new workouts and more from me, as well as other new workouts from Sheri, Becca and Kaita in Balanced Life Sisterhood!

This means that Balanced Life Sorority members now have access to even more workouts, including a variety of lengths, styles, and goals – all with our signature Grace over Guilt approach, clear instructions, and encouragement to focus on progress, not perfection.

Meet your new Pilates teachers

Sheri’s love for Pilates inspired her to become a certified Pilates teacher almost ten years ago. Your calm voice and conscious approach to exercise will make you discover your strength, connect to your heart and learn to trust yourself, both on and off the mat.

A birth doula, she also specializes in Pilates before and after childbirth. She has a passion for educating and empowering women to feel comfortable in their bodies and celebrate the seasons of change in their lives.

Sheri lives in San Diego and loves spending her weekends with her family.

Becca’s way of taking better care of her body led her to become a certified Pilates teacher more than ten years ago. Your realistic approach to Pilates will help you gain confidence and mindfulness in your daily life.

She specializes in the creation of Pilates accessible to all. Becca believes that Pilates is for everyone and because it has not always been natural for her, she has the words and the tools to help others discover her joy.

Becca and her family live north of Santa Barbara in Los Olivos, California.

Kaita started her career in dance, which eventually took her into the world of Pilates and became a certified coach almost 15 years ago. She was interested in how Pilates emphasized alignment and helped women feel comfortable without trying to be perfect.

She specializes in an “embodied approach” that uses the body as a healing tool. Kaita will help you become more curious and playful with your Pilates practice to relieve tension, relieve pain and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.
